Having worked in and visited some of the most beautiful old cellars in Burgundy I could not help but notice that there were many individuals and restaurants that had set out on a pilgrimage each year to visit or purchase wines from their favourite vigneron. In Mersault while visiting at cellars of Domain Matrot he was preparing some 83 premier cru Les Charmes to send to a long term client in Switzerland who was having a special dinner and giving him precise instructions on how best to serve this precious wine. At that moment I thought one day we want to put ourselves in a position to both have wines that age that well but also find a way of making them available to those valued customers.

We have set up the Cellar Dweller Club so that members will have the opportunity to purchase some wines that we have kept in our Library Cellar and are either in their prime or have reached their peak.

There will also be those very limited release wines that members will get first option to purchase for their cellars.

Members will also get first option on tickets to our annual degustation dinners where we give selected chefs the challenge to marry a number of our wines with their favourite dishes.
